Community fun day to support St Nicholas Hospice Care

A festival looks set to bring a community together while raising funds for a good cause.
A community day filled with fun for all ages will support St Nicholas Hospice Care when it takes place this on Saturday, July 8.
The occasion, which will take place in Horringer Court Middle School, be a chance for visitors to show-off their talents with a range of craft and hobbies stalls, while enjoying refreshments and a barbecue.
If you want to display your crafts and exhibit your skills there is no charge for a table, and the event is also free to enter too.
One of those behind the event, David Brereton, said: “Horringer Court Estate is perhaps the only estate without a community centre so this event is to encourage the local community to come together and at the same time support a worthwhile charity in St Nicholas Hospice Care.”
The event, which is organised by Horringer Court Community Church, will run from 10am to 4pm, with the barbecue starting at midday.
