Elmswell Golf Championship 2017

The 15^th annual Elmswell Golf Championship played at Stowmarket Golf Club on Friday September 15th  provided a new Champion golfer for 2017. In a strong field that included no fewer than 5 past Champions Stuart Harland playing off a handicap of 25 scored 36 points to beat Terry Clayden  34 points,  In 3^rd place was Dave Bicknell with 33 points. The annual event was organised by Dave Overman pictured in the flashy shirt.

RESULTS

1^st   Stuart Harland  36 points

2^nd  Terry Clayden 34 points

3^rd  David Bicknell 33 points

1^st Lady Val Rogerson on 32 points.

Details for the 2018 event will be available in the next few weeks. The event is open to anybody who is a resident in Elmswell or has won the event before.
