On a fine winter’s day, sunny for the morning, and overcast in the afternoon, 84 players including 3 Professionals enjoyed the Stowmarket golf course in fine condition for the time of year, and the greens were reasonably paced.
The Professional prize was won by Alex Davey of the host club with a two over par 71.
The Four Ball Better Ball Stableford was won by the Haverhill pairing of James and Ryan Hastie with a fantastic 46 points. 3 point clearer of their nearest rivals , Stowmarket Pro Alex Davey and Ken McRedie, who finished on 43 points.
