Safe is stolen from Factory Shop, in Brandon, during burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a business premises in Brandon last week.

The incident occurred at overnight between Wednesday and Thursday, January 3 and 4, at The Factory Shop, in London Road. The intruder alarm was activated around 4am and police were called to the scene shortly after this time.

The offenders caused a significant amount of damage to a number of windows and also the roof in their efforts to break in. Once entry had been gained a safe containing a quantity of cash was stolen.
