Launch of ‘Community Spotlight’ at the Arc Shopping Centre

Following on from a busy and successful Christmas period the Arc Shopping Centre, in Bury St Edmunds, is launching a campaign to support the community.

‘Community Spotlight’ is a place in Charter Square where local clubs and groups can come along to entertain the public and promote themselves. The Community Spotlight aims to support the local community by increasing awareness of some of the best clubs and groups around.

Whether you’re a dance club, choir, gym class or local animal charity, if you can come along and entertain the crowds at arc shopping centre, you can take a place, free of charge, in the Community Spotlight!

The campaign will make its debut on Saturday, February 10, with a variety of local groups coming along to promote themselves.

Colin Roberts, centre manager at the Arc, said: “In everything we do we want to support and work with our local community.  We are really excited about working together with local groups to help give something back and to support their worthy causes.  We hope the public enjoy the entertainment that we will be putting on and will come and show their support.”
