Taylor Wimpey East Anglia is holding a Help to Buy evening at its Castle Keep development in Framlingham in a bid to help homebuyers secure a new property with just a 5% deposit.
Taking place at the site in Fairfield Road, on Thursday, August 23, between 4pm and 7pm, the event is designed to help people who are looking to take their first step onto the property ladder find out more about the financial options and incentives available to them.
First time buyers will be able to talk to the Castle Keep sales team about how they can use Help to Buy to purchase a new home and an independent representative from Mortgages First will be there to offer free advice on financing a property.
The sales team will also talk visitors through the Taylor Wimpey First Time Buyers Guide, which has all the information needed to help people through a house purchase.
Caroline Carter, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “The Help to Buy scheme can be of real benefit to all types of buyers and this event will provide the perfect opportunity for people to have their questions answered by our sales team and the independent financial advisor from Mortgages First. We would urge anyone interested in purchasing a new home at Castle Keep, and even those looking to help loved ones secure their first property, to come along and discuss how the scheme can help.”
