Teenager motorist hurt following collision on the A140

A teenage motorist was hurt when his vehicle was involved in a collision on the A140 at Beacon Hill services, near Coddenham.

It involved a black Audi and took place on Wednesday, October 16, at around 2.50pm.

The driver, a 19-year-old man, was taken to hospital by ambulance. His injuries were not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.

Three people in the vehicle including driver, were all released from hospital the same night with bruising.

Police are wanting to speak to anyone who saw a blue van in the area around the time of the incident. The vehicle is described as having two white stripes on the front, with black alloy wheels.

Officers would be keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or manner of driving or who may have captured any dash-cam footage at the time of the incident. Please quote reference CAD 233 of 16 October 2019.
