Man suffers potential life threatening injuries after his car hits a tree

A man was seriously hurt when his car left the road and collided with a tree near Eriswell.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident which took place around 7.50pm on Friday, October 25, on the B1112.

Officers said that the car involved was a Nissan.

The male driver was taken by ambulance to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, after sustaining potentially life-threatening and life-changing injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have captured any dash-cam footage of the incident is asked to contact the Joint Roads and Armed Policing Team quoting CAD 348 of 25 October.
