CCTV image released of man sought in connection with theft from Homebase

A CCTV image of a man police would like to trace in connection with a theft in Bury St Edmunds has been released.

The incident occurred at around 1.30pm, on Saturday, November 7, at the Homebase store, on Easlea Road.

A man and woman entered the store together and the man put a number of tools into a bag and left without paying. The value of the items taken is approximately £483.

The man is described as white, in his 30s, 5ft 10ins 10ins tall, with short black hair and unshaven. He was wearing a black and grey fleece, black shorts and dark shoes.

The woman is described as white, in her 30s, small build with long dark hair in a pony tail. She was wearing an orange jumper, blue jeans and white trainers.
