Man charged by police with theft of lead and criminal damage

A man has been charged with theft and criminal damage following incidents In Sudbury.

Officers on December 1 arrested a man on suspicion of theft and criminal damage and he was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Nicholas Greer, aged 31, and of Edinburgh Gardens, in Braintree, was charged with theft following an incident that took place between October 14 and 15 where lead of a value of £600 was stolen and criminal damage on July 15 when roofing material was damaged.

He was been released on bail to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court on Tuesday, February 9.
