The details of a motorist who died in a serious road traffic collision near Lakenheath have been revealed by police in Suffolk.
The single vehicle road traffic collision happened at about 1.10pm on Sunday, August 29, at Burnt Fen, on the A1101.
The male driver was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, for treatment to injuries but he died on Friday, September 3.
The vehicle involved was a Porsche Boxster.
Pending a formal coroner’s inquest proceedings, police have provisionally identified the decease as 67-year-old Stephen Coombes, of Banbury, in Oxfordshire.
