Free bridge sessions at the library in Bury St Edmunds
Free bridge lessons for beginners of the card game are set to be launched in the autumn at the library in Bury St Edmunds.
No previous card playing experience is necessary and the sessions, at the library in St Andrew’s Street North, is open to all age groups.
They will be taken by Helen Mason and Tim Evans, two experienced teachers and local players.
Anyone who wants to start learning to play the card game now has a one-off chance to do so after Suffolk Libraries provided space in their premises. And the free sessions have been funded from a financial gift from a local bridge club.
People need have no previous experience of the game and anyone interested should email learnbridge@suffolkbridge.co.uk
