Pupils at Woodhall Primary School, in Sudbury, have been given a taste of the “Big Top”.
A school-wide series of circus workshops were held on the grounds of the school in Mayflower Way.
Pupils learned how to perform tricks such as plate spinning, juggling and using a diabolo.
Katie Bojcun, deputy headteacher at the school, said the event was a real highlight in the school year.
She added: “We wanted to create a summer of enrichment for our children – something that we have not been able to do for the past few years. It was a real celebration of the school and the pupils really enjoyed learning some great circus skills.”
After the event, the Friends of Woodhall Primary School held their summer fete and raised £1,195.
