Woman driver taken to hospital following crash in Great Barton

Police are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that took place in Great Barton.

It happened on the B1106 on Tuesday, June 28, at about 9.45am.

Two vehicles, a red Rover 25 and a Citroen C3 Picasso were in collision.

The driver of the Rover, a woman in her 70s, suffered internal injuries and was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital, in Bury St Edmunds, for treatment, while the driver of the Citroen, a woman in her 60s, suffered minor bruising and whiplash.

Anyone who witnessed the RTC should contact Bury St Edmunds Roads Policing, quoting CAD number 107 of 28 June 2022.
