Man narrowly escapes injury after motorist jumps lights
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man narrowly escaped injury when a motorist drove through a red light on a controlled pedestrian crossing in Haverhill.
The incident happened at around 11.20am on Saturday, September 10, at the crossing outside the Tesco supermarket in Cangle Road.
The vehicle involved is described as a black saloon car and officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or who has footage which could help the investigation.
