Two people charged in connection with drug offences
Two people have been charged in connection with drug offences in Sudbury.
A male was arrested in the Enfield area on Wednesday, October 5, and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
A second male was arrested in London on the same day and also taken to Bury PIC for questioning.
Kaiya Shepperson, aged 19 years, and from The Ridgeway, in Enfield, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine from January 29, 2022, to March 16, 2022, being concerned in the supply of heroin from January 29, 2022, to March 16, 2022, and possession with intent to supply class A drugs, namely heroin.
Ali Kahraman, aged 22, of North Circular Road, in London, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine from March 14, 2022, to March 16, 2022, and being concerned in the supply of heroin from January 29, 2022.
Both were charged yesterday morning (Thursday, October 6) and were remanded to appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court (pictured above) today (Friday, October 7).
