Man charged with attempted murder appears at court

A man has appeared in court charged with firearms offences in Brandon.
Jason Anderson, aged 36 and of Riverside Way, was charged with two counts of failing to comply with the conditions of a firearm certificate and possession of an imitation firearm intent to cause fear of violence following an incident that occurred at an address on the High Street, on Monday, December 12.
A man aged in his 40s sustained minor injury after a firearm, believed to be a shotgun, was discharged outside his address.
Anderson appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Friday, February 3, where he has now been further charged with attempted murder.
Following his appearance, he was further remanded to appear before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday, May 26.
