Kentwell Hall to host popular Easter events for all the family

A series of Easter-inspired activities for all the family will take place at Kentwell Hall (pictured above) over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The Eastertide event runs from Good Friday until Bank Holiday Monday and is one of the most popular weekends of the year at the historic Long Melford home.
Highlights include an Easter egg trail with dozens of decorated eggs scattered around the gardens and woods, a storybook trail and an Eggheads challenge which encourage visitors to crack the code and be in with a chance of winning the huge Kentwell egg.
Kentwell’s renowned Tudor living history specialists will also be in residence around the manor, hall and moat house alongside the hall’s young lambs who will be enjoying their new surroundings.
A spokesperson for Kentwell Hall said: “The Easter weekend is a real highlight in our events calendar and it offers a great chance to enjoy family-friendly activities and acres of gardens and woodland to explore.
“We look forward to welcoming all our visitors for what will be a wonderful way to celebrate Easter.”
Open between 11am and 5pm from Good Friday until Bank Holiday Monday, Eastertide visitors will also get a chance to walk around the Tudor house, which reopens to the public on Saturday, April 1, and the extensive gardens.
