A11 set to be closed for resurfacing work

Resurfacing work is set to take place on the A11 in the coming weeks.

National Highway are planning to complete the task on the southbound carriageway between the A1075 roundabout and the Croxton interchange over two nights between Thursday and Friday, August 8 and 9, working between 8pm and 6am, weather permitting.

To carry out the work the A11 southbound from the A1075 roundabout to Croxton interchange will be closed and traffic will be diverted off the A11 at the A1075 Thetford Road roundabout onto the A1075 Norwich Road and head south to join the A1066 Mundford Road at the A1066/A1075 Norwich Road roundabout (see map above).

Drivers should then head in a north-easterly direction towards the A11/A134/A1066 Mundford Road roundabout, where they will rejoin the A11 to continue their journey.
