Lavenham offers the perfect place to enjoy the festivities of the fair

Christmas is coming to Lavenham when the popular annual three-day festive fair returns from Friday, December 7.

A wide range of craft, food and seasonal stalls will be running throughout the village alongside a host of attractions for all the family.

The fair starts on Friday from 5.30 to 8.30pm with stalls in and around the Market Place and late night shopping.

The fair continues on Saturday, December 8, between 11am and 5pm, and Sunday, December 9, between 11am and 4pm, with stalls, food and drink, live music, traditional fairground rides and, of course, appearances by Father Christmas himself.

A spokesman for the fair organisers said: “The Lavenham Christmas Fair is the perfect place to celebrate the festivities while showcasing all that our beautiful village has to offer. You can shop for some unique gifts, both among our stalls and shops, and enjoy our famous restaurants, cafes, pubs, galleries and museums.”
