For Taylor Wimpey East Anglia is supporting the Beccles Town FC U12 Hornets squad (pictured above) and has already helped to fund brand-new training tops for the team which plays in the North and Suffolk Youth Football League, U12 Division 3.
The club was established in early 1919 as Beccles Town Athletic Club, later evolving to become Beccles Town FC after a merge with St Benet’s Wasps Football Club to create a new inclusive club to provide a clear pathway for Beccles’ football players from five years old through to senior level football.
Adam Prentice, U12 Hornets manager, said: “We are extremely grateful for the support that we have received from Taylor Wimpey. It has given the team quality training tops to wear when prepping for matches. On behalf of everyone at Beccles Town FC, I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Taylor Wimpey.”
Caroline Carter, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, added: “We are delighted to be supporting the U12 Hornets at Beccles Town FC and are proud to see the Taylor Wimpey logo displayed on their new training tops. We wish the team all the success for the season ahead.”
