Man appears in court charged with drugs offences
Ipswich Magistrates Court.
A man has appeared at court charged with drug offences after being stopped in Risby.
Officers located a vehicle of interest in Flempton Road in the village on Monday, November 4, and carried out a Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act search.
An amount of suspected Class A drugs was located and seized, along with a mobile phone.
Petar Gaydarov, 20, of no-fixed-abode, was arrested and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre, where he was subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, being concerned in the supply of cocaine and use of a motor vehicle while uninsured.
He appeared at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court today, (pictured above) Tuesday, November 5, and was remanded by the court to next appear at Ipswich Crown Court on December 3.
