As well as the six-figure prize, one person in Suffolk won £50,000, nine people won £25,000, and 10 people won £10,000.
Of the 49 winners from Suffolk, the average holding amount of Premium Bonds was £37,999.
At the national level, there were 1,511 winners of high value prizes for the month of November.
In total £46,400,000 was won between 3,287 winners, with two people winning the £1 million jackpot, 89 people winning £100,000, a further 177 winners scooping up £50,000, 356 securing £25,000, and 887 welcoming £10,000.

Commenting on the findings, a spokesperson for Casino Alpha said: “The allure of Premium Bonds lies in their ability to transform saving into a game of chance.
“While your initial investment is safe, each month brings the anticipation of cash prizes, creating the perfect balance that keeps savers coming back for more.
“Ultimately, Premium Bonds represent a practical and secure savings option. They encourage financial responsibility with the added benefit of a chance to enjoy unexpected rewards.”
