Eddie Izzard to appear at Theatre Royal in ‘Hamlet”

British stand-up comedian, actor and activist Eddie Izzard (pictured above) is coming to Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds.

He will be performing “Hamlet” on Friday, October 10, with priority booking opening today, Wednesday, March 5, and general sale tomorrow.

Izzard will be appearing at the Theatre Royal direct from a critically acclaimed, triple extended New York, Chicago and London solo performances of Shakespeare’s play.

Akin to the original performances of “Hamlet” Eddie will perform on the blank canvas of a bare stage, letting Shakespeare’s words and pure storytelling take the spotlight.
