Sons of Pitches to sing at The Apex at the end of the month
Vocal group Sons of Pitches (pictured above) are set to perform at The Apex, in Bury St Edmunds at the endow the month.
They originally shot to fame in November 2015 when they were crowned winners of the BBC2 singing contest “The Naked Choir”, hosted by Gareth Malone, when their combination of solos, harmonies and beatboxing, mixed with a large dose of comedy, captivated the viewing public’s imagination.
Since then, the group have entertained audiences with their highly creative vocal gymnastics and a programme of inventive pop covers, original numbers and entertaining improvised songs.
This tour is entitled “Music Without Instruments” with the boys reimagine favourite songs using nothing but their voices – The Beatles without guitars, Imagine Dragons without drums, ABBA without… accordion?
Sons of Pitches are at The Apex on Sunday, November 30, at 7.30pm.
