How many more twists and turns in this amazing Championship season?

How many more twists and turns are we likely to get for the rest of the Championship season, I wonder?
Last week Town were looking like missing out on a top two spot and a swift return to the Premier League.
Two back to back draws against Leicester City followed by the crazy midweek 3-3 scoreline at the Bet365 stadium at Stoke looked as if we were destined for the play offs.
But amazingly the results for the rest of the games over the week went in favour of the Tractor Boys.
First there was Middlesbrough losing 1-0 at home to lowly Charlton midweek and then drawing 1-1 with Bristol yesterday (Saturday, March 14) thanks to a 96th minute equaliser from The Robins; Coventry losing at home to the team of the moment Southampton; Millwall also going down at home to relegation threatened Blackburn Rovers, and Hull City also being defeated 3-0 at West Brom.
And with Ipswich coming away with a squeaky 2-0 victory at Hillsborough turned the table round in Town’s favour.
But the result at already relegated Sheffield Wednesday didn’t come as easily as expected and the boys in blue made hard work of the task ahead of them.
It wasn’t until late in the game that substitute Ivan Azon connected with a cross from Ben Johnson and Jack Clarke converted a penalty that confirmed the three points Ipswich.
It wasn’t the most inspirational game and to their credit Wednesday made it tough for Town with their negative, time wasting tactics.
But at the final whistle it was three points in the bag and now the Tractor Boys sit in third place ahead of Millwall on goal difference and who are next week’s opponents at Portman Road, two adrift of second placed Boro and with a game in hand, and a further nine adrift of league leaders Coventry.
Speaking to Town TV after yesterday’s match at Sheffield manager Kieran McKenna said that the two goals “took longer then we would like” but was satisfied with the 2-0 scoreline.
He said: “Good to win. It’s obviously been a busy spell, busy week, that’s the seventh game in 21 days so really important to get the result that we wanted.
“The goals took longer than we would like but that’s been the case for a lot of our games to be honest.
“We have to given them (Wednesday) credit for that.
“They defended well, we didn’t take the chances early in the first half and then you know it can become a bit of a tense game but we didn’t give anything away, didn’t give them any chances and stuck at it and then a couple of bits of quality in the second half to open them up.
“Ivan (Azon) unlucky with the first chance and does great to get back in there and gets the goal from Johno’s (Ben Johnson) cross and the nice to get the second as well.”
