Appeal to trace man following criminal damage incident in Bury St Edmunds

Police investigating a criminal damage incident outside a retail premises in Bury St Edmunds are issuing a CCTV image of a man they would like to trace.

The crime took place between 5.40pm on Friday, October 11, and 6.30am the following day, in Abbeygate Street.

A large terracotta pot containing a bay tree was smashed, which was outside the entrance of Jigsaw.

Officers are issuing a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Anyone who believes they know who this man is, (pictured above) or who has any information about this incident, is asked to contact the Bury St Edmunds Response Investigation Team, quoting reference: 58169/24.
