Motorcyclist dies following collision
A man has died following a serious road traffic collision in Bramford earlier this month.
Officers were called to Paper Mill Lane by the ambulance service just after 2.20pm on Wednesday, June 11, following reports of a collision involving a black Volvo car and a black Suzuki motorcycle.
Police, National Highways, the East of England ambulance service and air ambulance crew were all in attendance to the incident.
The rider of the motorcycle, a man aged in his 30s, sustained serious head injuries and was taken to Addenbrookes’ Hospital, in Cambridge, by air ambulance in a critical condition.
He sadly died as a result of his injuries on Monday, June 16.
