Arsonists strike at Bures Cricket Club

Arsonists have struck at the cricket club in Bures.

Police officers were called by Suffolk Fire and Rescue to the club on Wharf Lane shortly after midnight today, Wednesday, September 10, following reports that the thatched roof of the cricket pavilion had been set alight.

The building has been completely destroyed by the fire and police are treating the incident as arson.
