Raiders break into Tesco store in Brandon stealing cash plus tobacco products
Raiders used crowbars and sledgehammers to gain entry into a Tesco store in Brandon getting away with cash, cigarettes, vapes and tobacco products.
Police officers were called to the Tesco supermarket, on London Road, shortly before 1am today, Wednesday, August 20, following reports that male suspects had forced entry through the front doors.
Once inside, the offenders stole a quantity of cash, along with cigarettes, vapes and tobacco products.
The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing and balaclavas.
They were reported to have left the scene in a dark-coloured vehicle, travelling along London Road in the direction of Mildenhall.
Police are appealing for witnesses, including anyone in the area with CCTV or a video doorbell, or drivers in the area with a dash-camera. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Suffolk police quoting crime reference 37/47051/25, via:
